Wilf Johnston (BE, BComm) has 20 years experience as a senior executive and manager in the Australian renewable energy sector, along with a background in European technology startups.

Wilf has worked for global brands such as Enphase, Flex and SunPower in roles covering Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Project Management.

Fraser Maywood (MSc, GAICD) has over forty years’ experience in the international Oil & Gas industry, power and mining sectors.

Fraser is chair of Sustainable Energy Now and treasurer at Electrify Everything Now. Based in Fremantle he works as a freelance consultant.

Charlie Caruso (BComm, LLM) has a cross-sector background spanning mining, energy and policy.

Charlie has led projects with government and industry, developing the workforce needed to deliver large-scale energy transition projects in WA.

Mladen Matijas (BE) has over 30 years experience in engineering problem solving, financial modelling and business strategy across the UK, France and Africa.

Mladen understands disruptive technology and has recently led the development of a cutting edge V2G implementation in Sydney.

Rebecca Cutter is a Chartered Accountant with experience spanning infrastructure advisory (project finance) with PwC & EY, and as Chief Financial Officer for a renewable energy technology company and the scheme coordinator for the container deposit scheme in WA.

Rebecca now provides fractional CFO support to a range of sectors.
